A triggered state is a way of being, feeling, thinking, and acting that prevents access to the parts of the brain that drives creativity, joy, and collaboration. Any form of agitation, depression, anger, resentment, or stress are examples of triggered states. A triggered state can last months or moments (if you have the right tools).
The Trigger Recovery process involves learning how to recognize the root cause of the individual's triggers, to observe and interrupt the automatic impulses and reactions, while generating the kind of thought processes that results in new ways of processing previously painful experiences.
Each of our programs and coaching services at Starquest provide various Trigger recovery methods that when practiced consistently generate greater performance, joy, creativity, and self expression.
