Mental Fitness for Families:


MENTAL FITNESS: A state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities to effectivly meet the challenges faced at home.


In this very unique coaching process each member of the family is given a set of tools and concepts that may be practiced individually and through interaction with one another.


Through coaching via the telephone and periodic on site visits each member of the family begins practicing and strengthening:


  1. 1. The ablity to increase the velocity of recovery from triggered states
  2. 2. The ability to speak openly and honestly turning anger into vulnerability
  3. 3. The ability to be more optimistic and appreciative.
